How come Banks can get away with this incompetency? Will they be sued, held accountable, be fined, thrashed with harsly communication? I doubt it!

I thought consumer privacy laws and consumer protection groups watch out and protect us from these kinds of pathetic so called mistakes? Guess not. But Banks can charge us with outrageous fees and make their own mitakes repeadily, with no recourse action whatsoever.

I wish I could use the same excuses with my Bank if I made a mistake. I’ve identied the problem, rectified it now, and taken the appropriate measures to ensure that I don’t make the same mistake again, give me a break!
