I couldn’t agree more with this article about diversity training programs in the corporate world, they have failed miserably. I have worked for several fortune 500 companies and can’t believe the masses of money spent on this initiative, without success.

The article nailed it, when no one is accountable for this business objective, it gets checked off the management to do list as completed, and rewarded with a bonus. How can you expect to conduct training without measuring the success of the program? Duh!
