Ever belong to a membership or club and try to cancel? For some, it has become a nightmare to achieve. Have a look at this persons story, what a disgrace to put someone through this ridiculous process just to cancel a membership. I would recommend that you review your contract and always wherever possible put your cancellation request in writing. A simple process to initiate should be easy and clean to complete, why do they make it complicated? Talk about a way to spread poor customer service.
