Tip of a Lifetime

bartender.jpgYou think good customer service doesn’t matter anymore, or a friendly smile? Think again. It paid off big time for this female bartender at Applebees restaurant with a $10,000 tip. That’s right, you never know where a genuine smile and good light hearted conversation could get you.

Customer service comes in many forms, but for those who appreciate good salespeople who can actually help and don’t demonstrate poor behaviour, like they hate their jobs and customers, there can be a reward.
