Gen X’ed Again?
Are you tired of seeing GenXers get all the promotions? Are you in your late 30’s or 40’s and want more incentive for your hard earned dollars? Or is it time to take a risk and venture out of your comfort zone?
This is always a complex question that carries risk and can result in hefty rewards. CNNMoney has documented an example of 2 such individuals who made the decision to leave their comfort zones and risk it all. Money is not and should not be the motivator, far from it. If you’ve been passed over for promotions or are fearful of the up and comers, maybe it’s your time to make a decision and leave. The worst move you can make is none at all, expect nothing and that’s what you’ll receive.
