I don’t know how you feel about paying fees for using or belonging to a credit card club, I don’t like it. American Express is raising its fees anywhere from $35 - $125 per annum. This could get ugly for those elite, upper class Platinum card holders. AmEx is also revising their rewards program and points structure. Seems things are getting tighter in the credit card business, maybe next you’ll see further hikes in the interest rates.
