When your the boss of bosses, meaning in your own business, it can be a lonely place. There are fewer feedback sessions or coaching discussions you have with yourself. Entrepreneurs suffer from a lack of mentoring or role models to follow. Who will push you? Or give you motivational talks? Are you doing the right things, at the right time? In most cases, it’s all on your shoulders, the added responsibilities to ensure success, thinking about revenues, cost reduction, staff, payroll, clients, the next sales lead, etc….it never ends. Everyone is looking at you to lead the way and be the champion. Here is a checklist to see where you fit, perhaps a simple affirmation of qualities you have, or a brushing up on qualities you are aiming for.
