It is tangible, and for the most part increases in value as time goes on. However, that being said, I have known people who heavily invest thier disposable income, and rent housing. They don’t want the headaches and costs associated with the upkeep of owning property. In the end, this is all decided on personal lifestyle and future goals around retirement needs and expectations. The choice is yours, you’ve got to live somewhere.
