ALWAYS Check Your Bills
Verizon has admitted to over charging 11,000 customers anywhere from $200 - several thousand dollars !!! Can you imagine if this was not caught by someone, I wonder if Verizon or their customers were delingent in catching this grave error. ALWAYS check your bills to ensure they are accurate. Over charging is not uncommon, especially in large organizations that invoice millions of customers.
