Here we go again with another brain scheme idea to improve our lives, brought to you by the U.S.Government. They have introduced a Bill to eliminate the penny, why you ask, because it costs too much to produce. Why not use another alloy, say aluminum. Although they have come up with a witty method in which you will round up or down the penny, my guess is that we will all pay by rounding up to a nickel. What a way to spend your tax dollars by introducing another Bill that will die.
